I think this one would lend itself to some more interesting ice cream flavors too. Mocha? Dark chocolate? Irish cream...?

And if you don't usually have cold coffee around those Starbucks Via packets work great for cocktails.

Thanks for the shout-out, it's nice to see the Fog making its way into the hearts of others!

As it regards whipped cram -- A variation I've done when I wanted to go over the top is to serve it in a cocktail glass with a dollop of whipped cream, and a chocolate covered coffee bean set in the center, with some shaved dark chocolate to boot. Send that out with a piece of biscotti and you've got dessert and drinks all in one.
